Health Care Fraud Heads North, But Miami Is Still Home
Part of the Health Care Fraud Task Force initiative in Miami, Houston, Detroit and Los Angeles has met with some success, and not so coincidently some of the cases have Miami roots. The FBI press release related to a plea in a in a $10 million infusion fraud case which mirrors frauds extensively prosecuted in Miami, a Miami resident plead guilty with regard to the fraud in Detroit.
